ERIC MARDAVA WOLRATH

Mardava is a lifelong practitioner and enthusiastic facilitator of personal and spiritual development. With over 35 years of experience of the fields of mindfulness, tantra, energy work, non-duality and shamanic practices, he has had the privilege of studying with many different schools and masters, giving him considerable experience and knowledge of many disciplines.

 

For the last 20 years Mardava has been facilitating workshops and events in several of these fields. He has extensive experience especially in leading tantra trainings, since he was part of the leadership team behind one of Europes biggest tantra schools, where he facilitated at over a hundred retreats during 2010-15. His other main area of expertise is coaching and mentoring clients on their journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth.

 

Mardava is deeply inspired by the human potential for greater awareness and embodiment. His mission is to help people access greater self-awareness and open up to ever deeper levels of connection with themselves, each other, and Life itself.

 

FRIDA SVENSK

Frida, deeply connected to life, practices as a therapist, facilitator, and advocate for personal and tantric development. Balancing societal engagement and spiritual pursuits, she embarked on a transformative journey in 2016, confronting fears and embracing sensuality and love.

 

Drawing from experience in NLP, Kundalini Yoga, Tantra and De-armoring training, Frida has owned her skills. Leading tantric retreats, organizing training, and offering private therapy sessions in Sweden, she creates secure environments for individuals to shed their "armor" and authentically connect with themselves and the world.

 

Fridas mission is to guide people in discovering a more relaxed, liberated, and vibrant version of themselves, fostering authentic connections with their true selves and reality.
