We are so thrilled to welcome you to Stockholm Tantra!

We take pride in our diverse group of workshop leaders, yoga teachers, and musicians who will gather in Stockholm this weekend to co-create a magical time with you. 

 

Here are a few key ✨GLOW points✨ for you to consider so everything can run smoothly and brighten up your experience:

✨Address: Epic Studio in Rökerigatan 21, 121 62 Johanneshov in Stockholm
 

✨Doors open: Friday 14th of Feb at 17.30. Be on time💖  
 

✨Opening Ceremony starts Friday 14th of Feb at 19.00
✨Closing Ceremony is Sunday 16th of Feb 16.15 - 17.00

✨Parking: Available outside and beside the venue (please use appropriate parking apps).
PRO tip: Best Parking

✨Public transport: The closest Subway station is Globen, just a short 7min walk to the venue. Use the exit nearest to Globen.

✨Alcohol- and drug-free: The festival is alcohol- and drug-free, and it is a non-smoking venue.

✨Hungry? We have a fantastic, small café offering breakfast, coffee, snacks, lunch, and dinner, provided by Pumphuset, known for its locally sourced, delicious meals made with love. Pre-order HERE for easy pick-up during breaks. If you find yourself in line, please bring some patience and connect with the people around you. Nearby restaurants are also available for exploration. Please do not bring your food into the venue.
 

 ✨Warm Feet: Please bring socks or indoor slippers, as outdoor shoes are not allowed in the upstairs venue. Kindly leave downstairs near the entrance in the designated shoe racks.

✨Toilet Queues: Given our large group, please make your visits brief. There are four toilets inside and three outside.

✨Language: We have participants and workshop leaders worldwide; therefore, all workshops will be in English. Please always feel free to ask if you have any questions or need clarification.

✨Dress code: This is a clothes-on festival! Wear something that allows you to move comfortably. You can bring something to change into, like an extra top. For Saturday night, feel free to wear glowing accessories  Before you get to the festival, please shower so you feel fresh and avoid strong perfumes. 

✨Yogamat, water bottle & blanket: If you want, please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, or simple blanket for added coziness. 
 

✨Mobile Phone: To maintain a Glowing environment, please turn off your phones during workshops and, if needed, take calls outside the venue during breaks.
 

✨Photos & Photographers: No photos or videos during workshops are allowed. You may take pictures in the café and outside workshop rooms, but always ask for consent first  Feel free to share your photos on social media with the hashtag#stockholmtantra. A professional photographer will be present, so let them know if you prefer not to be included in any shots.
 

✨Connection & Consent: Let’s set each other up for success. Before connecting with others, check in with your intention and motivation. Focus on your own glowing heart first. We have two simple rules for connecting with others.

1. In a large space with a group of people, we ask those who want connection to stay in the center of the room and those who want less or no connection with others to remain at the edges. 

2. When it comes to 1:1 connections: First, make eye contact; when that’s approved, you can continue with hand connections, and after that, you can continue with body/hug connections if both agree.
   Otherwise, "No" is a complete sentence; boundaries are sexy, and you should only do what feels good to you. You are responsible for your glow. 
    

✨Lost & Found: We are not responsible for forgotten items. A lost-and-found box will be at the entrance, where items can be left or searched. Please hand any valuables you find to the reception staff.

✨Highly Sensitive? Feel free to bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. You can also step outside for a breather or ask for a grounding hug from our Love Angels or a friend. Take care of your needs to set yourself up for success.
