Based on the west coast of Sweden, Jarno offers Breathwork and bodywork sessions, both 1-1 and groups in Gothenburg region and Oslo.
The annual Tantric breathwork training with Smrati Skog and Peter Forsberg.
Sacred Union -Couples retreats and the 1 year -Couples training" with his partner Paula Nygren.
He also teaches globally.
