About

The art of Yoga, of becoming One, is the heart of what I teach: The deep, satisfying beauty and freedom that happens when we bring our awareness down into our bodies and the flow of energy within. Yoga is like a spirit that set me on the path to embodied heart-guided clarity through all life's experiences. Guiding the breath to become one with the feelings in the body, we practice allowing the energy to fulfill all. Yoga has been my unwavering best friend through mental health, moving from Canada to Sweden, motherhood, and everything in between! It is my pleasure to nourish your friendship with the spirit of Yoga. Kelsey has practiced for 13 years and taught for 6, inspired by roots in Ashtanga, Forrest Yoga, Vipassana, and Zen. Classes with me range from fiery heating flows to deeply meditative breath-focused Yin.

Workshops

- FLOW INTO GLOW -

Fiery playful vinyasa flow with Forrest yoga and Pilates inspired series. This class will charge your spirit, turn on and open your body till it glows!

- YIN FROM THE HEART -

This class constantly focuses on the breath guiding us into surrender, breathing in all feelings as we work into the connective tissues through Yin yoga poses. This is a meditative time to dive deeply into the body, giving our full attention to listening and feeling what the body has to say. In the safe space of yin, we practice opening our hearts to all that arises within us.
