Paula Nygren at Lust in Life is an experienced tantra teacher, passionate sexsibilitycoach, couples therapist & tantric bodyworker. She is much appreciated for her joyful way to create a very loving & safe space where you can expand, heal and experience more Lust in Life. She guides you to be in contact with your body and into the magic of tantra.

Paula is based on the west coast of Sweden where she gives private sessions for both singles and couples. She is also avalible for online sessions. Since 2013 she has been facilitating beautiful tantric courses for couples and together with her beloved she has a 1-year training for couples: "Sacred Union-Tantric Training for Couples". She also has a longer training for women: "Women Rising- Tantric Training for the Modern Goddess" and a "Professional Training in Tantra Massage" and many other workshops. She has been organizing the Gothenburg Tantra Festival since 2019.
