Movement, for me, is a way to get into my body, my heart, my mind, my energy!
In my work as an Embodied Therapist, I want to inspire you to live a fuller life in your way, connecting to your heart and what is truly important to you. No one else can live your life but you. I love to go slow to feel my body, mind, and emotions.
Allow the body to move in a way that feels good each moment. I also love to bring people together through yoga and movement, to meet each other in calmness, integration, and from your heart.
I am an Embodied Therapist and Studio Manager at Urban OM in Stockholm.
